Vica is a Partner at Anthemis. A banker turned investor, she is a thought leader in the industry focused on the intersection of Financial Services and adjacent sectors. Vica has extensive experience in working alongside industry incumbents and challengers alike.

At Anthemis, she oversees the venture stage strategy. She also launched Anthemis’ healthcare investing activities and established the first impact investment vehicle alongside Momentum Metropolitan Holdings, investing in to Financial Wellness. Vica serves on the boards of Acre Homes, Apollo Agriculture, Hover, Hurdle, Moonshot Brands, NOW Money, Novoic, Numan, Sentio Solutions (Feel) and YuLife. She previously served on the board at Abaka, Currencycloud, Monese, Patch’d and Wayhome.

Prior to joining Anthemis, Vica was an Investment Banker at Credit Suisse, where she focused on Leveraged Finance. She ran a debt portfolio focused on the media and infrastructure sectors. Vica graduated summa cum laude from Bocconi University and speaks five languages. She is an avid baker and loves to travel.
